First day of class...

Well, we just wrapped up the first class of Integrating Media and Technology in the Classroom. I'm feeling a little overwhelmed right now. They're are a lot of assignments, but they're all very interesting. My friends have been after me to get a Facebook account. I love working on the computer and the internet, so this is all right up my alley. I also like to stay busy, so this is perfect for me. I really feel that this class will help me as I embark on my next adventure, teaching G.T.! I'm nervous and excited all at the same time!

I am glad to hear that you think the information will help you as you prepare for the GT classes. I hope you gain a lot of neat stuff, and share with other's.

I have had a similar reaction to being on facebook. My children were so excited they could hardly wait to add me as their friend. I feel honored that my children would want their mother as a friend on their facebook. I have had the same reaction from young teachers I have worked with who can't believe that I am on facebook. Just shows that you are never too old to get involved in young things.

I wasn't so overwhelmed at first. It's slowly building, though! :)

Facebook has really peeked my interests. I think it is a great way to communicate and share ideas.
