Kindergarten Camp

Well, camp has finally started. I don't know why it is such a relief to me that these kids are not going to be in my class this year. I don't have to worry about any of the behavior problems, or mad moms. I just sit back and assess. That's my job, assessing all the students. It's nice for them and me. I get their assessments done for them, and I don't have to set up my room (for me)! They are the cutest though! It has made me realize it was time to move out of kindergarten!

Kindergarten is tough. Second grade is definitely better.

I believe there is a special place in Heaven for kindergarten teachers. Although I am licensed k-6, I wouldn't volunteer to move to kindergarten. ;)

Enjoy your new position! I moved from 2nd to 5th last year after five years of 2nd grade. I absolutely love it!
